So proud to be part of the work TACT Fostering is doing for their foster carers 💙

Over the past few months I’ve been running attachment clinics for TACT’s foster carers across the West Midlands. A space where carers bring the real, day-to-day struggles they’re facing with the children in their care, and we work through them together using an attachment and trauma-informed lens.

We look at a child’s history, how relationships with family and carers are playing out day to day, and the behaviours that are showing up, then explore what’s really being communicated and what the carer can try next.

Huge credit to TACT and Mechelle Holley for building this, and to the carers who turn up ready to learn and grow.
